Trump will then make a short stop in Scotland and return to the United Kingdom.
Trump’s visit comes as his administration and lawmakers grapple with a raft of controversies surrounding his administration.
Trump on Tuesday called the investigation into Russia’s meddling in the 2016 election a “witch hunt.”
“Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing,” he said at a news conference in the White Chamber of the White Palace.
The investigation is a “complete and total witch hunt” Trump said, adding that there was no collusion with Russia during the 2016 campaign.
Trump also said that he was willing to meet with the Russian leader, Vladimir Putin, if he “can make a deal” to let him visit the Russian city of St. Petersburg.
